  in my old post i have been written about eat  garlic will help to reduce fat, and today another simple 

method help to reduce fat in body, That is every day early morning drink. Even though while you 
following these methods, please main daily eat under control.





So what was that drink? 

it is simple and known to many people. that is Lemon +Honey with warm water.



After weak-up do you you daily refreshment and brush, then try to have this drink daily make sure not 

eat immediate take 30-50 min time. then continue your daily routine activity's.
