Pregnant woman what to eat what not to eat

After your pregnancy conformed. immediately people thinking about. How to care by daily diet follow.

 First thought in people mind is what we should not eat.?


  •    most probably you can eat almost all except papaya(that to green papaya) and also pine apple. there are some reasons to avoid those. i can share reason in another post.   

another important point is do we need to take any medicine during pregnancy before or after conformation? 

  •  Yes. i recommend to take folic acid( Note: in folic acid having different types so better follow as per doctor suggestion )

  • reason to use: it help to make baby spinal straight and strengthen. Usually people got  doubts medicine is not good we can take some food those contains folic acid. But here is one problem that having folic acid not enough and we can not consume folic acid from foods as required to mother and baby. 

Do we need to take before conformation or after ? and when to start/stop.?

  •  you can start using before itself most of cases it not possible. so after you came to know conformed please start using.
  • usually doctors suggest some pregnancy miss carriage women to use before month of next planing.


what to eat and how to eat?
  • you can eat all type of foods and try to maintain small quantity in more number of time instead of  heavy amount at a time.
  • try to eat dired foods like wall nuts bla bla.
  • after few months start vomiting/vomiting sensation. at this  point of time you are person to handle situation and eat more. however you may feel i can not eat anything . my feelings and tongue not interested to eat anything . if i eat anything going out immediately . if i smell some foods it self i can not eat. i dont have energy to do anything.
  • like above so many you feel. but be strong eat small small amount and try to walk if some fresh air your body needs more fresh air. And try to be active,
  • Moreover i can tell you. no pain no gain.. so feel the pain and sure you will gain for that pain.
  • And if you be strong and more active your baby also strong.
