 Each spice have their own values, But usage should be per dosage limit.
Suggestions:-
  1.  Please do not use any spice over does to get befits in one shot.  2-4 grams limit.
  2.  Always chose correct and quality spice (  why i mention now a days many fake and low quality products available in present market).
